You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — the use of payment methods belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension. winzir ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, abuse of platform features, violation of responsible gaming obligations, or any conduct that winzir ph reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination of your account, any outstanding balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.
